01. Introduction
Welcome to BitHash ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by GenX App Studio. We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play User Data Policy, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable international privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, protect, and process your information when you access or use the BitHash mobile application, our remote cloud infrastructure, and associated services.
02. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide secure cloud mining services, authenticated access, and rewards ledger management:
- Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address, username, securely salted and hashed password (bcrypt), and optional referral code. If you sign in via Google Sign-In or Apple ID, we receive your authorized OAuth identifier and verified email address from the respective provider.
- Cloud Mining Activity & Telemetry: We record timestamps of mining sessions, cloud hashrate allocations (GH/s and TH/s), daily check-in streaks, 10-minute machine trial activations, 1-hour overclock claims, and simulated BTC rewards earned.
- Transaction & Wallet Records: When requesting a reward withdrawal or depositing funds, we process the destination cryptocurrency wallet address, blockchain network, and payout status.
- Device & Technical Identifiers: To protect against automated bots, multiple accounts, and fraudulent activity, our servers log technical metadata including device model, operating system version, app version code, language preferences, Firebase Installation ID, and IP address.
- In-App Purchases: All financial transactions for digital items (such as the Lifetime Auto-Miner, mining power plans, or Ad-Free subscription) are securely processed directly by Google Play In-App Billing (or Apple In-App Purchase). We never collect or store your payment card numbers, bank accounts, or billing credentials.
03. Strict Compliance: No On-Device Hardware Mining
Google Play Device Abuse Policy Compliance: BitHash does NOT conduct cryptocurrency mining on your mobile device's physical hardware (CPU, GPU, battery, or memory). All mining processes, hashrates, and calculation cycles occur entirely on remote cloud servers or through loyalty reward simulation mechanisms. The app will never overheat your device, drain your battery through background computation, or damage your device hardware.
04. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information for the following specific purposes:
- Service Operation: Authenticating user accounts, maintaining your continuous cloud ledger, and updating live mining rewards.
- Push Notifications: Delivering alerts regarding completed 4-hour mining cycles, finished 10-minute machine trials, overclock expirations, and daily streak reminders (via Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal).
- In-App Advertising: Displaying contextual and rewarded video advertisements via Google AdMob to grant temporary mining power boosts and reward tokens.
- Fraud Prevention & Platform Security: Detecting and mitigating automated bots, click-farms, emulators, multiple duplicate accounts, and unauthorized ledger modifications.
- Customer Support: Responding to user inquiries, resolving payout inquiries, and diagnosing technical issues.
05. Third-Party Services and SDKs
We integrate certified, industry-standard third-party SDKs to ensure secure and seamless operations. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services: Platform authentication, base framework support, and in-app updates. (Google Privacy Policy)

06. Data Security & Storage
We implement strict administrative, technical, and cryptographic safeguards to protect your personal information:
- All network transmissions between the BitHash mobile app and our backend servers are strictly encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
- Account passwords are never stored in plain text; they are irreversibly cryptographically salted and hashed using bcrypt.
- Databases are hosted in high-security, ISO 27001-certified data centers with automated intrusion detection, rate-limiting, and DDoS mitigation.
07. User Rights & Instant Account Deletion
We uphold your privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play Data Safety requirements:
- Right to Access & Rectify: You can view and edit your profile details at any time directly in the app.
- Right to Complete Erasure (Account Deletion): You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data permanently. An automated "Delete Account" function is available inside the application under Profile → Delete Account. When initiated, your account credentials, login tokens, session logs, and rewards records are permanently and irrecoverably erased from our active databases.

08. Children's Privacy
BitHash is not directed toward children under 13 years of age (or under 16 for individuals residing in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from minors. If we discover that an individual under the required age has registered an account, we will promptly delete all associated data immediately.
09. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical enhancements, service updates, or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be notified directly through the application or posted on this page with an updated revision date.
