Account & Data Deletion Request
01. Overview of Deletion Rights
In full compliance with the Google Play User Data Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and international privacy standards, BitHash provides all users with transparent and unconditional rights to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All accrued mining points, simulated BTC ledger balances, active cloud miner allocations, and streak rewards will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
02. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using either of the following two methods:
📱 Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can permanently delete your account immediately from inside the BitHash mobile application:
- Open the BitHash mobile app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on Delete Account (or Account Settings → Delete Account).
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
✨ Result: Your account, authentication credentials, and data are instantly and irreversibly deleted from our servers within seconds.
🌐 Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, submit your request below. Our support team will process your request within 48 hours:

📧 Open Email to Confirm Request03. Types of Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data categories are permanently purged from all production servers and backups:
- Account Credentials: Email address, username, encrypted password hashes (bcrypt), and authorization tokens.
- OAuth Connections: Google Sign-In and Apple ID federated identifiers.
- Mining & Ledger Data: Simulated BTC balance, satoshi transaction histories, mining session timestamps, and machine ownership records.
- Device Identifiers: Firebase Installation IDs, FCM notification tokens, IP logs, and hardware device models.
- Referral Data: Referral codes, invite streaks, and referral commission history.
04. Data Retention Policy
We do not retain personal data beyond the lifespan of an active user account:
- In-app deletion: Erased immediately in real time.
- Web request deletion: Fully processed and verified within a maximum of 48 business hours.
- Legal Exception: In compliance with financial and fraud prevention regulations, anonymized digital purchase receipts through Google Play / Apple In-App Billing may be retained for accounting and tax audit compliance as required by applicable law.
